the location is near the market and a train station everything is accessible with a short walk or train ride the staff was helpful.

friendly staff comfy bed poor food cold coffee
I really liked the location. It was quite central! the staff were all friendly and helpful. the standard queen room was spacious. the bed and pillows were very comfy!
the breakfast was not good value for money. i found cheap lukewarm food kept barely warm. the coffee dispensed from a flask was cold the minute i added milk. it had a poor selection. we wished we'd have saved the money and eaten elsewhere.

friendly staff 24-hour lounge proactive service housekeeping request
The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice lounge with coffee, tea, and snacks, open 24 hours (perfect for a quick refreshment) and an exercise room.
I did not know that I had to request housekeeping to tidy the room because it was not tidied after my first night. Once this was explained, it was acceptable. I expect a higher level of proactive service from a hotel of this standard.

The location near the market and the train station made everything easy. the staff was beyond helpful. the bed was very comfortable. i really liked the friendly staff.
The fitness room was not very inspiring. It could use some updates. i still enjoyed my stay.

The room had a nespresso machine and a kettle! an in-room safe was very useful. there was also an iron and ironing board available. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the shower.

I had a delicious muffin and coffee for breakfast at the hotel. It was a great start to my day. the hotel also provides free water refill stations on every floor for convenience.

the staff checked me in and out immediately. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. i really appreciated that the hotel offered online check-in and check-out procedures for a smooth experience.

decent location and rooms
convenient location clean room comfortable bed small bathroom noisy aircon unwelcoming staff
the hotel's location was really convenient. i was able to walk to many places i wanted to see. the room was also clean and the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the free water refill stations on each floor.
The bathroom was quite small, it was difficult to move around. also, the air conditioning was a bit noisy. the staff weren't particularly cute or friendly. They seemed rather indifferent.

Really good Stay in Prime Location
convenient location comfortable bed fantastic bathroom excellent service
I found the location very convenient. Multiple underground stops are nearby. The room included a very comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom with a nice shower. The hotel provided complimentary water, (a thoughtful touch) allowing me to carry it outside. I appreciated the staff's excellent service. They were really helpful during check-in.

The hotel has a nice restaurant and lounge onsite. It provides an option for a relaxing meal. They offer a tasty brownie and a great espresso, awesome for a quick, satisfying treat. The interior is lovely with chill vibes.

Acceptable Stay Marred by Issues
unclean bathroom poor cleaning
The location proved convenient for getting around.
The room I got was quite disappointing. It was cold, and the bathroom seemed unclean. Hairs were on the floor. I requested a cleaning but it did not happen on a proactive basis, and when I was moved, the new room was still not clean enough.
